Coca-Cola Mini-Bottles Promo
In the 90’s Coca-Cola had an iconic promotion that invited its consumers to collect mini glass bottles. How to recruit a new generation to the same cultural phenomenon? By modernizing the bottles from glass to aluminum, adding cool designs and most importantly adding the possibility of customization. In February 2015, Coca-Cola launched Brazil 15 new mini-bottle models. with the possibility to customize with 150 names. The promotion drove short term sales and most importantly created memorabilia that is now part of teenager’s lives not just their parents.
