Currently working at the Walt Disney Company as VP of Brand Marketing for Hulu, Paloma is responsible for the brand strategy and content-forward campaigns that drive preference, growth, and engagement for Hulu and Disney+.
At Restaurant Brands International, Paloma was the Global Chief Brand Officer, driving the global expansion, positioning and modernization of Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons, including award winning campaigns that made Burger King Creative Marketer of the Year in 2021.
Before that, Paloma worked for 14 years at The Coca-Cola Company as a Creative Excellence Director in Central & Eastern Europe and in various marketing roles in Brazil, delivering successful regional and global campaigns including the 2016 Olympic Games and the 2014 FIFA World Cup, both in Brazil.
Daughter of Daniel Azulay, a recognized Brazilian art educator for children, Paloma grew up in Rio de Janeiro in between sketches and recycled toys. Since childhood, Paloma became passionate about entertainment, fearless creativity, and storytelling shaping her leadership style.
